We are pleased to offer graphic imaging services necessary to convert your files to fit our system. Adherence to the following simple guidelines will enable us to provide the highest quality product in the most time-efficient manner.
General Requirements

Instructions Please supply clear and concise instructions indicating what you want and when you need it. Understanding your expectations is vital to meeting them. Embedded Files Include any files embedded in your main files, such as EPS, etc. If you used a low resolution version for your FPO, make sure the higher resolution file is included. Color Setup RGB should be used as your colorspace. If your documents are CMYK, send them to us and we will convert them for you. For Vector Programs such as Quark, Illustrator, Freehand and Corel use the PMS Coated colors. Do not convert the PMS colors to CMYK equivalents.		Submission Send us only those files necessary to process your image, including all fonts. Do not send extra files, which may create confusion and may delay your order. Hard Copy Send a hard copy made from the disk you are submitting, that we can use as a proof. Scanning Requirements Below are listed the file size requirements you will need to scan images for the Lightjet Duratrans, Inkjet Duratrans and Vinyl as it relates to each of the 4 SkyBox units. SkyBox™ Model 2415 The 2' x 4' x 15'" SkyBox™ consists of four image sides. The front and back are approx 4 feet wide by 15 inches high and the two end caps are 2 feet wide by 15 inches high. LightJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for the front and back should be at least 128Mb each. For the end caps, your final cropped image should be at least 64Mb each. InkJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for the front and back should be at least 64Mb each. For the end caps, your final cropped image should be at least 32Mb each Vinyl—your final cropped image for the front and back should be at least 64Mb each. For the end caps, your final cropped image should be at least 32Mb each SkyBox™ Model 2475 The 2' x 4' x 7.5'" SkyBox™ consists of four image sides. The front and back are approx 4 feet wide by 7.5 inches high and the two end caps are 2 feet wide by 7.5 inches high. LightJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for the front and back should be at least 64Mb each. For the end caps, your final cropped image should be at least 32Mb each. InkJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for the front and back should be at least 32Mb each. For the end caps, your final cropped image should be at least 16Mb each. Vinyl—your final cropped image for the front and back should be at least 32Mb each. For the end caps, your final cropped image should be at least 16Mb each. SkyBox Model 2215 The 2' x 2' x 15'" SkyBox™ consists of four image sides. The front and back are approx 2 feet wide by 15 inches high and have a larger image area than the two end caps of the same dimensions. LightJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for all four sides should be at least 64Mb each. InkJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for all four sides should be at least 32Mb each. Vinyl—your final cropped image for each side should be at least 32Mb. SkyBox™ Model 2275 The 2' x 2' x 7.5'" SkyBox™ consists of four image sides. The front and back are approx 2 feet wide by 15 inches high and have a larger image area than the two end caps of the same dimensions. LightJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for all four sides should be at least 32Mb each InkJet Duratrans—your final cropped image for all four sides should be at least 16Mb each. Vinyl—your final cropped image for all four sides should be at least 16Mb each *Remember, never “Res Up” a bitmap image to make it work. This will result in a blurry image.
